You can come at any time according to opening hours. You don't have to make a reservation. There are about 5 to 8 people every day, so you'll wait about 15 minutes to get to your procedure. 

Enter the cryosaunas in a good mood, without fear. It is a certified medical device. Short intense cold heals.

Keep your body dry (at least an hour after swimming, bathing), do not sweat. Do not play sports before the procedure. Take off your underwear and wear thicker socks, as the toes are most sensitive to cold.

The procedure usually takes a maximum of 3 minutes and can be stopped by the operator at any time. Just tell him you're really cold. You can talk and ask all the time (maybe how much time is left). Everyone can react differently to the cold. It depends on your well-being today, your age, gender and the layer of subcutaneous fat. We recommend you to take only 2 minutes (or less) for the first entry, and add one more minute during the next visit (3 minutes maximum). There is no shame in asking to abort the procedure sooner.

It's better when you move in the cabin, but don't touch the cab to prevent frostbite. Put your hands on the upper edge of the cab. When you get out of the cabin, you will feel cold for a while. You can do quick exercises to warm up and get dressed. Remember that after leaving the warm bathroom in the room you are usually cold. After the winter in the cryosauna, on the other hand, you will feel warmth in your body for a few minutes. You can wait a while in the hall or go home or maybe work out in the gym or spinning (extend your warm-up). Someone may feel tired and need a short sleep after the procedure.

You will recognize the effect of cryosaunas after at least 3 visits. The frequency of visits is ideal after 3 to 5 days, maximum after about 1 week. During intensive treatment, you can go every other day or every day.
